Cancellation Policy
NE Ohio Mobile Detailing – Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. However, to respect our time and scheduling, we have the following cancellation policy in place: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will not be charged a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee due to lost business and scheduling adjustments. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service cost at our discretion. If you need to reschedule, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to keeping your vehicle looking its best!
